Pay Range- $24.50+ hourly

Job Shift -flexible availability required

PRSC is open 7 days a week, AD is expected to be on site through close of business most work days

Description

Location: The Bridge Recovery Center hours vary, BRC  is open 10AM-9PM, Monday through Friday, 4-9PM Saturday and 12-9PM Sunday. 

Schedule: 12:30 -9 with a ½ hour unpaid meal break. The Program Director will assign a final schedule, this is an example of likely work schedule. 

Pay rate: $50,000 ($24.50+/hr.)

The Assistant Program Director is responsible for:

  • Providing overall leadership and management on all contractual components, personnel and all PRSC related areas.

  • Providing direct supervision of the program staff.

  • Ensuring all scheduled group programming and other activities occur according to the program schedule.

  • Overseeing all personnel management functions for the programs including orientation, training, development of personnel, teambuilding and development of programs. 

  • Assisting the PD with the accurate collection of data and completion of reports and ensuring all are submitted to BSAS & MOA leadership within established timeframes.

  • Continuously evaluating the community to ensure the fidelity of the PPP model is maintained by all personnel and routinely assessing competency of staff.

  • Provide peer recovery support services to members with substance use disorder (SUD) and assist members in maintaining sustained recovery. Addresses barriers to successful recovery and serves as role model and advocate, conducts active outreach efforts to encourage attendance of members and participation in recovery- oriented social groups/gatherings. Assists with data collection for quality assurance and program evaluation

Qualifications: Certification as a Recovery Coach in the state of MA or reciprocal as recognized by BSAS (CCAR), experience working in recovery community model programs is highly desirable, management experience is required. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Two years of uninterrupted sobriety and MA drivers license without restrictions are required.
